All items need to be returned in original packaging. Packaging must not be damaged. Mailing labels or tape may not be affixed to any box such as shoes, waders, boots, reels, etc...
Boxes must be sent back in new condition as well as the item within.
Items may incur a restocking fee if conditions are not met. Shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
Reels with backing will incur a restocking fee, as well as any fly line that is no longer on the original spool.
We do not provide free return shipping on returns. If you would like us to email a return label to you, please let us know, we can issue one for you. Shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
Please note we do not accept returns on used items unless you have emailed us prior to sending it back.
