What is your return / refund policy?
To start a return, visit My Orders, select your order, and request a return from the order page. If you have trouble finding your order or submitting the request, email us at info@bigyflyco.com and we’ll help.
Most items may be returned within 30 days for a refund. Some returns may incur a restocking fee. Clearance items are final sale.
Returned items must be in their original, undamaged packaging. Please do not attach tape or a mailing label directly to the product packaging.
Warranty and repair issues: We handle Big Y branded rod and reel warranties in house. For all other brands, please contact the manufacturer directly. Our warranty page has more information. If you have trouble working with a manufacturer, contact us—we’re always happy to help.
