Shipping Information
We get a lot of questions about shipping. Almost all USPS packages are taking a week or more to get to the destination. Please plan for this.
We ship your order using the service selected at checkout:

USPS Ground Advantage is used for most orders.

A valid USPS-deliverable address is required on USPS orders.

Free Expedited orders are prioritized in our fulfillment queue but typically still ship via USPS.

Anything but USPS orders are shipped via UPS Ground or better, in the order they are received.

Overnight, and 2-day orders placed before 11:00 AM Pacific are processed and shipped the same day using the selected service.
Most orders ship within 24 hours. However, during periods of high order volume—especially around major hatches, sales, or holidays—we can occasionally fall a few days behind. When that happens, orders are still processed in the order they are received (with expedited services prioritized), and our team works to get caught up as quickly as possible.
While we do everything we can to get your package out quickly and using your chosen service, carrier delivery times are outside our control. Please plan ahead to ensure your flies arrive in time for your trip.
