Deschutes River Steelhead

The Deschutes River, located in central Oregon, is renowned for its exceptional steelhead runs in the summer and fall. This river is characterized by its stunning desert canyon, abundant wildlife and large rapids. The steelhead run in the Deschutes River is the strongest run of summer steelhead in the US and is the stronghold of the Columbia river summer steelhead stock.
