One Trick Bunny (TMC 8089 + Lead Eyes)

Sometimes the simplest flies are the most deadly.

The One Trick Bunny is built around three things that flat-out catch fish: rabbit strip movement, heavy lead eyes, and a big-gap hook that sticks hard when it counts. Tied on a TMC 8089, this pattern has the strength and gap you want for hard-hitting gamefish, plus the weight to get down and stay in the zone.

A touch of micro Flashabou in the tail adds just the right amount of shimmerβ€”enough to trigger eats without looking gaudy.

This is the kind of fly that doesn’t care what’s swimming nearby. If it’s a predator, it’s in trouble.
