  • This pattern is sometimes controversial because it has the word "worm" in it.
  • But this is not the garden variety type worm, but an aquatic worm, which there are many and fish do eat them.
  • If you have never seen an aquatic worm, trying taking a small net into a muddy/sandy portion of a river bed, and you will probably find many! 
  • Fishermen often over look worms, at least fly fishermen do.  Don't make that mistake.
