Featuring C&F’s Micro Slit Foam system, this box holds flies firmly without burying hooks deep into traditional foam—reducing wear and extending the life of both your flies and the insert. The angled slit design allows you to slightly elevate the eye of the hook, making it easy to store patterns with weed guards without putting stress on the mono or wire.
The Grand Slam series uses thick, durable foam (8mm on Medium and Large sizes) to provide added depth and secure hold for heavier saltwater hooks. The Small size uses 5mm foam for a slimmer profile while still maintaining dependable retention.
