Description
- "He’s going to show up with a coffee can full of worms. Red can. Hills Brothers. I’d lay a bet on it." - River Runs Through It. Since that line in the 1992 movie, most fly fishermen have turned away from worms, with understandable reasoning.
- Worms aren’t like a delicate caddis or blue wing olive. There is nothing poetic or special about them. They are basically everywhere at pretty much anytime.
- Often looked at as a thing of no respect.
- With that being said the simple truth is fish love worms.
- They are often available and fish readily eat them.
- This pattern includes a bit of krystal flash to give it a life like shine
