Description
The Sage Enforcer Fly Reel is built for anglers chasing powerful saltwater fish where drag performance and reliability matter. Designed for everything from bonefish and permit to tarpon, roosterfish, and giant trevally, the Enforcer combines serious stopping power with the durability needed for hard use in saltwater environments.
At the heart of the Enforcer is Sage's sealed carbon drag system, delivering smooth, consistent pressure with significantly more stopping power than the Spectrum family. Larger drag discs improve heat dispersion and maintain consistent pressure during long, hard runs, while upgraded seals help keep salt, sand, and grit out of the system.
The rigid frame is cold-forged and fully machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, then hard anodized for corrosion resistance. A large arbor provides fast line pickup, while the concave, ported spool maintains strength while providing plenty of backing capacity. Sage also redesigned the reel foot with rounded corners to reduce abrasion when leaders or fly lines come in contact with it.
Available in 7/8, 9/10, and 11/12 sizes, the Sage Enforcer is a purpose-built saltwater reel with the drag, capacity, and durability needed for some of the hardest-fighting fish we chase.
