Redington’s new CLASSIC SPEY reel series is rooted in the everyday creation of the raw, unfiltered moments we crave – all brought together in a mid-arbor, high-decibel design that simply clicks with the whys and ways we swing for trout, steelhead and salmon.

CLASSIC SPEY reels are offered in 3/4/5 (3-3/4” trout spey), 5/6/7 (4” switch and spey) and 7/8/9 (4-1/4” spey) sizes. Each version features a powerful triple-pawl system with enough adjustable drag to tame angsty anadromous opponents, enough audible click to sound the alarm and enough palm-able rim to maintain control. Constructed from machined 6061-T6 aluminum, the classically ported mid-arbor, wide-spool design is thoughtfully weighted to balance two-handed rods, and its durable build delivers fast line pickup – making it the perfect fit for a lifetime of good times on the water.
