Description

The Christmas Island Special is a proven flats staple built to get down and stay in the feeding zone. Tied with dumbbell eyes, this OG version offers a moderate to heavy sink rate, making it ideal for deeper flats, stronger current, or windy conditions where lighter patterns won’t reach the fish.

Designed to imitate small shrimp and crustaceans, it maintains a slim, buggy profile with subtle flash and movement—enough to trigger eats without spooking fish. From Kiritimati to any hard-fished flat, this is a reliable choice when fish are feeding deeper or moving quickly.
