1. Placing an Order

• Select the product you wish to rent on our website.
• Choose your desired rental duration. (1-7 days)
• Complete the order by entering your payment information.
• A deposit amount will be charged at the time of order. The deposit will be refunded upon the safe return of the product, provided it is not damaged or lost.



2. Receiving the Product

• Once your order is confirmed, we will prepare the products for your trip
• Product can be picked up between 3:00pm and 4:30pm the evening before your rental date, or any time during the day of your rental.
• Please allow up to 30 minutes for us to prepare and check the rental gear for damage before and after.

3. Returning the Product

• At the end of your rental period, you may return the products before 4:30 pm on the day of your rental, or between 7:15 am and 10:00 am the day after your rental
• Please allow up to 30 minutes for us to prepare and check the rental gear for damage before and after.
• Please notify us upon return if the gear showed any signs of damage

4. Deposit Refund and Condition Check

• Upon receiving the returned product, we will conduct a thorough inspection.
• If the product is returned undamaged and without any parts missing, the full deposit amount will be refunded to you.
• If the product is damaged or lost, we will retain a portion of the deposit to cover repair or replacement costs, based on the extent of the damage or the value of the lost item.
• Rod sections will be replaced if broken at cost per section.
• Reels and lines will be repaired or replaced at cost if damaged

5. Late Returns

• If the product is returned after the rental period has ended, a late fee will be deducted from your deposit.
• The late fee will be calculated based on the additional duration the product was held beyond the rental period.
• If the return is excessively delayed, further action may be taken, and the deposit may be forfeited.
