  • A pheasant tail imitation of some kind seems to be the go to nymph for many trout fisherman.
  • Imitating a plethora of mayflies pheasant tails tend to be productive throughout much of the year, even after the hatches have died down.
  • This imitation features a red wire wrapped body, with bits of krystal flash coming out of the thorax.
