Ashton sent us this great shot of a big ole bull trout with a great story. Very impressive for a 14 year old.
My name is Ashton, I am fourteen years old and started fly fishing roughly a year ago. While fishing in Oregon I caught this bull trout on an articulated bunny leech. Prior to landing this fish my 5 wt fly rod shattered. After it broke I grabbed the fly line and pulled the fish in by hand and actually managed to land the fish. Thank you for the quality flies you guys make and for the great price you sell them at.
