Here is what Justin has to say about his experience: That picture was taking on the Caney Fork River outside of Cookeville, TN. It is the tailwater out of Center Hill dam. It's a very healthy stream and it supports a lot of big browns along with big rainbows and brook trout. On the Caney, 90% of the trouts diets are midges. There isn't any major hatches so midges are the way to go.
